Top Pick - Baby week

Thanks to everyone who joined us this week for celebrating the babies in our lives. Great cards and it was fun seeing what all our great fans came up with. So thanks again for making the challenge a great one.
The top picks of the designers are as follows:

My choice for this week is Laura's adorable card made for a baby boy. I love the background and how she outlined it with blue, but the focal image is just adorable with the animals surrounding the baby. Thanks for joining us Laura with a great card.
Cindy

025
Everyone did such a great job with the baby cards, and my pick for this week is #18 Lorraine with her Christening card.  I love the white and light blue together.  The church window is fabulous and the embossed dots and sheer dot bow come together to make an elegant baby card.
Karal

My choice for top pick this week is Ivonne's baby card.  I love her choice of colours and image.  Her card has lots of little details and great layering. I especially those little feet.
 Judy

This week I have chosen #8 Ivonne. Her card is a bit different from the usual
yellow/pink/blue baby cards. I love the image, fantastic colouring, pretty
embellishments and the sentiment inside is so sweet.
Natx

I just LOVE Sue's Baby Card this week! The image is adorable, and since I am so fond of purples, the purples and pinks really caught my eye! The DPs and all the little extras really made for a gorgeous card! Thanks for joining us this week, Sue!
Julie

Top Pick for this week's Baby Theme Challenge would be #20 Sue, using a wonderful image from Mo Manning ....love the little baby fairy flora!  Such wonderful design and lovely embellishments as well as just the right amount of sparkle!   Thanks Sue for sharing your art with us this week!

Top Picks - Out of the Recycle Box

Fabulous turn out this past week, thank you all for joining us for the Out of the Recycle Box challenge.  What a very creative group of crafters!  Here are some of the design teams' favorites.

I love Cathy's creativeness when she made her lovely card.  The butterflies are stamped, coloured and cut from a  plastic milk bottle. Great recycling project and the plastic butterflies give the card great dimension.  Judy

Prisha

I've picked #3 Prisha is Dr. Sonia daughter, I love how she has recycled and made a fabulous Hot Air Balloon for a project in school.  Thank you for sharing your wonderful project Prisha!
Shell♥

I have also chosen Prisha's adorable Hot Air Balloon project. I just LOVE when Children create and this is such a cute narrative that Mom gave, as well as the adorable result! Thanks so much for sharing with us this week!
Julie

Beacarona

I have picked Beacarona's candle holder.  It is Beautiful, and she recycle a cardboard toilet paper core.   What a great  idea.   I love the yellows and everything is put together so neatly. Karal

Tammy L

I have chosen Tammy's card for this week's challenge.
Tammy used a recycled Button which she kept of a old shirt.
Great idea! I will have to remember that next time too!
Love the layout of your card Tammy and all the wonderful banners.
Lovely work.  Meighan

Nazneen

My Top Pick this week is #15 Nazneen. I love the colours and image, but mainly Ilove the fact that she has used recycled packaging in a most creative way by'doodling' the background which actually looks like printed paper, fantastic!   Natx

Cathy

I've also chosen Cathy as my pick of the week, but wanted to showcase not only the butterflies on the other project that Judy picked, but also the flowers on this one. What a great idea Cathy, and it sure does keep the plastic out of the landfill. Great idea, and thanks for sharing how you did them.

Out of the Recycle Bin

Hi fellow crafters, Judy here.  It's my turn this week to chose the theme of the challenge and I chose "Out of the Recycle Bin".
The challenge is to use a item on your project that had a previous life, something recycled.  Some examples could be wrapping paper, ribbon off of a chocolate box, Kleenex box wrapper, or a button of an old blouse.
The possibilities are endless.

Here are some projects from the members of our talented design team to inspire you.  Come join in the fun.
