Top Picks Christmas Colors

Before I get on to giving you our top picks for this week I want to say thanks to everyone for your support over the past number of months. I would also like to wish each and everyone of  you a Very Merry Christmas and a Great New Year. We here at Come and Get It are taking the next couple of weeks off to spend time over the holidays with our families. So please come back on January 1st, as we are being sponsored by Bugaboo stamps for that Challenge, and of course we will have some new things happening in the coming year. Again thanks for your support.
Cindy, Julie, Leslie and Shell.

Now onto the top picks for our last challenge of 2011.

I am gonna go with #43, Shelby. Her image is adorable, and I love  how she has it colored. The DPs are perfect, and I like how she finished it with the little corners. Just too cute
Julie

Very hard decision this week because there are so many lovely cards. My pick this week is #16 Zulma because I loved her idea of swinging her image on the card. Very ingenious but darn cute as well!
Leslie

Kimberly

Wow! Another great challenge with some fabulous entries….My top pick for this Challenge would be #39 Kimberly, it’s a pretty simple embossed card but the image is so adorably cute the image is from the famous designer Mo Manning.
Shell

Candy

My pick this week is Candy's Snowman. I just think it adorable, the glitter on the jacket the shine on the hat and the designer paper  is just perfect along with the stars. Thanks for playing along

Anne's card is my favourite this week, we had so many great entries in our challenge. I picked her's for my love of snowmen, but also I love all the added details, the fluffy hat, the snowflake sparkle, and the added charm for the great friend it is for, Thanks Anne for participating in our challenge.
Cindy

Hard decision this week. But my pick for this week is #15 Shelby's Angel. I think her colouring is superb and I just love how the image and the rest of the card compliment themselves. Stunning!
Leslie

My Fave this week is #120 by Judy. Since caroling is such a big part of my love of Christmas, I was drawn to the adorable image and saying. I also love all the snowflakes...reminds me of when I was younger~
Julie

My top pick for the week………whew it’s another hard one with some many fabulous creations submitted, but Mary’s card #106 caught my eye using some non-traditional colors, layering several snow flakes in different sizes/colors (wonderful idea)…. and that Snowman image is so adorable from LOTV!

We had some great cards this week for our Sketch Challenge! Thanks to all who played along~
Here are the DT's Favorites:

My pick for this week is by Sarah. I love the layering on the turkey and her choice of paper. Terrific.
Leslie

This week I have chosen Sarah's adorable Paper Pieced Turkey!  I LOVE the various DP's she used, and how she incorperated them into both the turkey and the background. Perfect~
Julie

My Favorite pick of the week…….drum roll please…..LOL  Is #4 Gro!  She has used some really adorable images making the card stand out with simple flourishes, snow flakes and a little twine.  Oh and to go the extra mile Gro decorated the backside of her card!

Hugs Shell♥

I have chosen Gro's card. I Love the images - how she colored them and also   how she thought outside of the box when it came to following the sketch.
I  also Love how she decorated the front, back and inside was so cool.

Sketch Challenge

Hello Crafters. It's Leslie, and I am your hostess this week. I would like to thank you again for your support on our blog. If you are new to our blog, I'd like to encourage you to try something new this week.
It is Sketch Challenge week and my first challenge was to learn how to create the sketch using Stampin Up's Digital Studio. Second challenge was to create the card from my sketch. So I say to you all... onward and upward and learn new things.  You can make a card or anything else, as long as we can see the sketch in the project, that would be good. Here is the sketch followed by our Design Team Members. Oh by the way, you can change the shape of the elements if you wish, so if your main image is a square that's okay too. Also we would like to again thanks Judy for being a Guest Designer this week.  Thanks again for joining us.

Color Challenge

Hi Everyone, Cindy here for this weeks colour challenge. I have chosen some different colours for our challenge, this week. I am tired of the fall kind of colours, and I'm not quite into the traditional Christmas, this time around as I've used them a lot recently I was working on some orders. Anyway here are your colors for this week.
You may also use white instead of vanilla if you wish.

Anyway, I hope you will play along with us this week, I can see so many different ideas with these colors. I personally have used them for Christmas like most of the designers this week. We also have a wonderful guest designer with us too. Judy has done a lot of our challenges, and we have asked her to join us for the rest of the month and she's agreed, so here are the cards from myself, Leslie, Julie, and Shell along with Judy's. Please click on the designers names to visit their blogs and give them some love. Thanks again and have a great week.

Cindy

Leslie

I love this tea light holder, I just think it is so sweet, the tilda is colored perfectly, and the fence is perfect, and the whole thing says autumn.
Julie

I think this is just so cute, I love the little characters, they say Blessings of Autumn. The layout the beautiful bow, and the papers used to back them are just perfect. The added acorn is the perfect finishing touch.
